"I enjoyed my corporate job and as a result, gave much more than I was required to. I also realised that it was only ever going to be a high paying executive role and that there was always the inevitable politics. This complicated my life and my ability to achieve operational/corporate objectives.
I had made my corporate masters millions and decided it was time to take a long term view and consider my family, my health (after all, working such long hours was not sustainable for the long haul) and overall quality of life. In short I wanted to simplify my life; have a sense of control over my own destiny and work with a vehicle that would give me the ability to create a lifestyle opportunity, with a good income and the flexibility to spend time with my amazing wife, family and friends. When Paul left his corporate role, he took some time out to reflect on his life direction and to research a variety of opportunities. Paul wanted to use his professional qualifications & diverse background which spans banking, international trade, stockbroking, pastoring a bilingual church, executive recruitment, operations and general management to give something back to the community.
"I knew that life was not a dress rehearsal - I had one shot at it and wanted to make it count. Doing something significant and creating a legacy are important goals for myself and Reina. Although we are still on the journey we look forward to the realisation of being able to invest more and more of our time and money into helping underprivileged and orphaned kids in third world countries access a better quality of life so they can fulfil their dreams and goals."

At RIBI we have a number of Business Development Managers (BDM) and they only qualify to be appointed to these positions by adequately demonstrating that they have already been very successful in this industry by doing exactly what it is that you will be doing. In most instances our BDM’s continue to operate their successful consultancy/coaching businesses in conjunction with their BDM duties. For RIBI, their major duty is to assess whether you have the desire and determination to be successful in this industry.
