A quick note to thank Ross Hancock for his assistance during the past four months, during which time I was attempting to win a very special long term deal with the local Golf Club. It is the first deal of its type for me, with a small upfront fee and then a 2 year contract (20% 0n additional income) to establish the Clubs overall marketing. They are happy to take it longer if they are satisfied with the results. I appreciate the guidance and knowledge that Ross offered during this time of negotiations.
