Paul Wright

After more than 20 years working in the private sector, Federal Government and the Not for Profit industry, Paul decided in 2003, after turning 40, that it was time to get off the corporate treadmill.

In Paul's last senior management role, he had up to 24 business unit managers and had been working a mind bending average of 100 hours per week. 

"I enjoyed my corporate job and as a result, gave much more than I was required to. I also realised that it was only ever going to be a high paying executive role and that there was always the inevitable politics. This complicated my life and my ability to achieve operational/corporate objectives. 

I had made my corporate masters millions and decided it was time to take a long term view and consider my family, my health (after all, working such long hours was not sustainable for the long haul) and overall quality of life.

In short I wanted to simplify my life; have a sense of control over my own destiny and work with a vehicle that would give me the ability to create a lifestyle opportunity, with a good income and the flexibility to spend time with my amazing wife, family and friends.

When Paul left his corporate role, he took some time out to reflect on his life direction and to research a variety of opportunities.  Paul wanted to use his professional qualifications & diverse background which spans banking, international trade, stockbroking, pastoring a bilingual church, executive recruitment, operations and general management to give something back to the community.
"I knew that life was not a dress rehearsal - I had one shot at it and wanted to make it count. Doing something significant and creating a legacy are important goals for myself and Reina.  Although we are still on the journey we look forward to the realisation of being able to invest more and more of our time and money into helping underprivileged and orphaned kids in third world countries access a better quality of life so they can fulfil their dreams and goals."
Paul runs his own coaching & consultancy business (The Right Team Business Growth Specialists), as a RIBI Licensee from Bowral, NSW  as well as being a Director and General Manager of Results In Business Institute.

Martin Dolan
Director & Business Development Manager 

After 15 years in the rapidly changing world of Information Technology and Network Design, Martin realised that job and life satisfaction does not come from a large pay cheque alone.

“… money sure helps, but if you are not following your passion, if you are working so hard you never get to see your family and friends or pursue your hobbies, what’s the point?”

The day he quit his job and became a RIBI Licensee, he has never looked back, and has grown a very successful business over the last few years helping business owners achieve what they originally set out to do when they started their business. On top of that he is now a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master results coach and qualified trainer. Another set of tools he shares with his clients and our Licensees.

He fervently believes that just because you are good at your job does not mean you will be passionate about it- but when you follow your passion, by either finding it or re-igniting it, life just gets a whole lot easier. He enjoys helping people discover a better way to do things and expanding what they ever thought possible.

Martin runs his own business coaching & consultancy (Fresh Insight Business Development Specialists), as a RIBI Licensee from Eltham, VIC as well as being a Director and Business Development Manager of Results In Business Institute.

“I have grown more in the last seven years in knowledge and as a person than I did in the 15 years in the IT industry. Now I am confidently in charge of where I am heading. Emma Burns
Licensee Support

After studying Theatre at University, Emma spent two years teaching English in Japan before coming on board with the RIBI in 2005.  Emma is the RIBI Licensee Support Manager and is here for all of your admin needs.  With a solid background in admin support Emma has worked in all facets of admin from call centres through to personal assistant.

Let’s meet the BDM team now.

At RIBI we have a number of Business Development Managers (BDM) and they only qualify to be appointed to these positions by adequately demonstrating that they have already been very successful in this industry by doing exactly what it is that you will be doing.

In most instances our BDM’s continue to operate their successful consultancy/coaching businesses in conjunction with their BDM duties.

For RIBI, their major duty is to assess whether you have the desire and determination to be successful in this industry.
